6 Things You Must Do To Accompany Your Personal Training Routine

(Remember: Nutrition is KEY! A strong fitness regimen needs great nutrition to feed the body.)

1. A glass of warm lemon water first thing in the morning and before you go to bed at night.
2. Prepare meals for the week
3. Eat whole-food nutrition, fruits, and vegetables.
