Susan is such a phenomenal trainer & expert. I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I first started training with Susan. It only took 1 session to know I was with the right person. She is very knowledgeable and explains the reason for doing certain moves. It’s not just about lifting weights or gaining muscle, it’s also about strength, flexibility and coordination. Highly, highly recommend Susan!!

Her constant positive reinforcement makes you feel good about yourself and encourages you to keep trying harder.Susan is extremely discreet and the one-on-one atmosphere is the only way to train for many obese women and men. At Susan's you do not have to worry about what you look like, how much you're lifting, or how out of breath you are because there is no one else there watching/judging you.
